A four-story building in the HaTikva neighborhood on the east side of Tel Aviv. It stands on a busy corner site in the heart of the neighborhood, linking the intense Natan Street to the quieter Panoel Street. The building holds three apartments: two duplexes that include the basement level, and a flat on the second floor.
